Shipping Policy

Every Bambiha Wear garment is printed to order. Nothing sits in a warehouse waiting for you, which is why we can offer designs nobody else stocks — and why dispatch takes a few days rather than a few hours.

Where we ship

Across India only, to any serviceable PIN code. We do not currently ship internationally. If your PIN code is not serviceable, checkout will tell you before you pay.

Dispatch and delivery time

Working days exclude Sundays and public holidays. Festival periods, regional bandhs and extreme weather can add time; we will tell you if your order is affected rather than let you wonder.

Cash on Delivery is available on orders up to ₹2,499. Above that, prepaid only. Prepaid orders carry no handling fee — paying online is always the cheaper option.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking link by email and SMS the moment your parcel leaves our print partner. Tracking usually takes 12 – 24 hours to start updating; a link that shows nothing on day one is normal, not a problem.

Delivery attempts and undelivered parcels

Our courier will attempt delivery up to three times. Please keep the phone number you gave at checkout reachable — the overwhelming majority of failed deliveries are unanswered calls, not lost parcels.

If a parcel returns to us undelivered:

Prepaid orders — we will contact you and re-ship once at no extra charge, or refund the order value in full, whichever you prefer.
Cash on Delivery orders refused at the door — the order is cancelled. We may decline future Cash on Delivery orders from the same phone number or address. This is not a penalty; a printed garment that comes back cannot be sold to anyone else.

Wrong or incomplete address

Check your address before you pay. Once an order has entered printing we cannot change the delivery address. If you spot a mistake within two hours of ordering, email hi@bambiha.com immediately and we will try.

Damaged in transit

If the outer packaging is visibly torn, soaked or tampered with, refuse the delivery and tell us the same day. If you have already accepted it, see our Returns, Refunds and Cancellations policy — you are covered, but we need photographs within 48 hours.
