Terms and Conditions

These terms govern your use of bambiha.com and any purchase you make here. Placing an order means you accept them. If you do not, please do not order.

1. Who you are dealing with

bambiha.com is operated by Harjot Singh Bhatia, trading as Bambiha Wear®, 208 Vijay Nagar Colony, Near Technical High School, Kanpur Road, Lucknow, UP 226023, GSTIN 09CCXPB8241B1ZI. “We”, “us” and “Bambiha Wear” mean that entity. “You” means the person placing the order.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older and legally able to enter a contract in India. If you are under 18 you may only use the site with the involvement of a parent or guardian, who accepts responsibility for the order.

3. Products, colour and made-to-order

Every Bambiha Wear garment is printed to order. Nothing is held in stock.

We photograph our products carefully, but screen calibration varies and acid-washed garments are individually treated, so no two are identical. Variation in wash pattern and depth of colour is inherent to the process. We describe our products as accurately as we can; we do not warrant that a colour will render identically on your device.

Measurements on our size charts are taken flat and carry a tolerance of ±1 inch.

4. Pricing and tax

• All prices are in Indian Rupees and inclusive of GST. Apparel priced up to ₹2,500 per piece attracts GST at 5%.
• Shipping and the Cash on Delivery handling fee, where applicable, are shown separately at checkout before you pay.
• We may change prices at any time. The price that applies to your order is the one displayed when you place it.
• If a product is listed at a manifestly incorrect price through an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than fulfil it. We will tell you promptly if this happens.

5. Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract forms only when we send you a dispatch confirmation — not when you receive an order acknowledgement, and not when payment is taken.

We may decline or cancel any order, refunding you in full, where:

• The product is unavailable or the listing contained an error
• Payment could not be verified, or we suspect fraud
• The delivery address is not serviceable
• The order appears to be for resale without our agreement
• There is a history of refused Cash on Delivery orders from the same phone number or address

6. Payment

We accept UPI, credit and debit cards, net banking and wallets through PhonePe and PayU, and Cash on Delivery on orders up to ₹2,499 with a ₹99 handling fee.

Payment data is handled entirely by the gateway. We do not receive or store card or UPI credentials.

7. Shipping, returns and refunds

Governed by our Shipping Policy and our Returns, Refunds and Cancellations policy, both of which form part of these terms.

8. Intellectual property

Bambiha Wear® is a registered trade mark. The name, the logo, all garment designs, all typographic artwork, all photography and all copy on this site are owned by us or licensed to us.

You may not reproduce, print, resell, or create derivative works from any of it without our written permission. This specifically includes lifting our design wording onto garments of your own. We monitor for this and we act on it.

Buying a garment gives you the garment. It does not give you a licence to the design.

9. Your content

If you tag us or send us photographs, reviews or videos, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to reproduce that content on our website and social channels with credit. You can withdraw that permission at any time by writing to us and we will take it down. You confirm the content is yours to license and does not infringe anyone else’s rights.

10. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to breach the site’s security, scrape it at volume, submit false orders, place orders using someone else’s payment details, or use the site for anything unlawful.

11. Limitation of liability

Nothing here limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, or excludes liability for death, personal injury or fraud. Subject to that:

• Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
• We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit or lost opportunity.
• We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control — courier disruption, strikes, natural events, civil unrest or government action.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to your statutory rights as a consumer to approach a forum near you, the courts at Lucknow shall have jurisdiction.

13. Grievances

14. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here at the time you place your order.
