Read this before you order, not after. It is short and it is honest about what we can and cannot do.
You can cancel any order free of charge within 2 hours of placing it, or any time before it enters printing, whichever is later. Email hi@bambiha.com with your order number.
Once printing has begun the order cannot be cancelled. We will always tell you which stage your order is at if you ask.
Raise a claim within 7 days of delivery if:
Email hi@bambiha.com with your order number, a photograph of the issue, and a photograph of the shipping label. We will arrange a free reverse pickup and send a replacement, or refund you in full — your choice.
One free size exchange per order, requested within 7 days of delivery. Conditions:
Acid-washed garments are dyed and treated individually. No two pieces are identical. Variation in wash pattern, mottling and depth of colour between your garment and the product photograph is the process working correctly, not a defect. If the variation is severe enough that you would call it a different colour, write to us and we will look at it fairly.
| Payment method | Refund route | Time after approval |
|---|---|---|
| UPI / card / net banking | Back to the original payment method | 5 – 7 working days |
| Cash on Delivery | Bank transfer to details you provide | 5 – 7 working days |
We approve or decline a claim within 48 hours of receiving your photographs. Once your bank has the money, the remaining delay is theirs, not ours — but we will chase it with you if it overruns.
Shipping charges and the ₹99 Cash on Delivery handling fee are refunded in full where the fault is ours. Where you are exchanging for size or cancelling after dispatch, they are not.
