We’re committed to ensuring you have a smooth and satisfying shopping experience. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Please read our policy below carefully to understand your rights and obligations regarding returns and exchanges.

📦 What is Exchangeable

We currently do not offer returns for cash/bank refunds, but we do offer exchanges within 7 days of delivery in the following cases:

  • Damaged product received
  • Defective product received
  • Incorrect product delivered

Note: All size-related information is clearly mentioned in our product-specific Size Charts. Exchanges or returns due to size mismatch are not eligible.

❌ Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Products purchased on sale or during promotions
  • Used or washed items
  • Items without original packaging or tags

💰 Refunds

  • No refunds are provided in the form of cash, bank transfer, or to the original payment method.
  • All approved refunds will be issued as store credits in the form of a coupon code or digital gift card, valid for future purchases on bambiha.com.
  • If a customer no longer wants the product and it qualifies for a return, the balance amount (after applicable exchange or restocking charges) will be refunded as store credit only, after quality check.
  • Refunds for failed or incomplete payments are processed by the respective payment gateways within 7 working days.

🔁 Exchange Process

  1. Email us at hi@bambiha.com or message us on +91 9807074061 via WhatsApp within 7 days of delivery with clear photos/videos showing the issue.
  2. Our team will review your request and, if approved, initiate a one-time exchange.
  3. Please also complete the exchange request form (link to form).

📦 Packaging for Exchange

Ensure the product is:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • Packed securely in its original packaging
  • Returned with all tags, labels, and invoice

We may arrange a pickup (where available) or request you to self-ship. Shipping costs for exchanges are the customer’s responsibility unless a pickup is arranged by us.

💸 Exchange Charges

An exchange handling fee of up to ₹100 may apply per item.
